1) All prices stated in JuicyBubble are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). For international buyers, we will use the daily foreign currency exchange rate. Read Payment Policy below.

2) All goods are of fixed price, unless stated.

3) There is no minimum or maximum order.

4) Sizes are within normal size range. Free size styles are generally Size M, which are suitable for the majority of people.

5) Your orders will only be valid once we have receive your full payment.

6) There will be NO exchange or refund.

7) In the event of out-of-stock, you can exchange it with another item of the same value or lower, or opt for a full refund.

8) JuicyBubble will ensure that goods are of good quality and safely packed before delivery. However, we will not be responsible for any lost mails.

9) JuicyBubble has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

10) JuicyBubble has done our best to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on our site are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm, however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.
11) Deadbeat buyers will be blacklisted.

12) JuicyBubble reserves the right to change any of our policies.


Order Policy

1) Go to the "Order" page and fill in the form, then submit.

2) Please include all the necessary fields with correct and accurate information to avoid any delays.

3) All information provided by JuicyBubble's customers are strictly private and confidential.

4) All orders will be confirmed with a confirmation email by JuicyBubble within 24 hours.

5) After orders are confirmed, the full payment is required within 3-5 days of the confirmation email. If payments are not received, orders will be cancelled and treated as void.

6) Once the full payment is received, your orders will be made and you will receive your items within 2-4 weeks (** depending on the destination).


Shipping Policy

1) Please note that all goods are pre-ordered. Hence, goods may take 2-4 weeks to arrive after we have placed our orders.
